I ordered from Stradivarius and the emails were more confusing than helpful. I got the receipt and order confirmation fine, but then a few updates came through saying different things, like it was confirmed and then delayed, without really explaining when it was actually going to arrive.
The parcel did show up in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster, but checking all those emails just made the whole thing more stressful than it needed to be. They could definitely make the updates clearer and easier to follow.

I ordered from them twice, and both times my delivery showed up late. The tracking didn’t update much either, so I had no real idea where my package was. When I reached out to customer support, they basically just told me to wait longer. The clothes themselves were fine, but if shipping is going to be this unpredictable, it makes sense to think twice before ordering again

Not gonna lie, I really like the clothes here, and it’s nice to see they’re using more recycled materials now. Makes me feel a little better about shopping while still finding cute stuff.

I popped into Stradivarius last weekend mostly just to browse, feeling mentally drained and not really in the mood to dig through a messy store. Luckily, it was tidy and easy to move around, so it didn’t feel overwhelming at all.

I ended up trying on some jeans and a basic top, and the staff were really nice without hovering. One girl helped me grab another size super quickly, which I appreciated because I didn’t have much energy for back-and-forth.

The prices seemed fair, the fitting rooms were clean, and the whole visit was just smoother than I expected. I left happy with my jeans and would definitely go back again.
